July UFO Challenge!

Who is ready for the July Challenge?? 

But first our June challenge winner is Maria with her shirt length Jamie!! She has won a pattern of choice from the Etsy shop!

Now, the new challenge! Those pesky unfinished projects taking up space in your sewing room (or if you don;t have those then the ones taking up space in your head that you have been planning to start!)

Let's Open Up About Angie!

The Angie is one of my favourite patterns to have fun playing with and modifying! it is a perfect easy fitting dress of blank slate goodness! Here is my most recent creation!

Just for ME January wrap up!

This month was sooooo much fun!!! and the participation was amazing! You ladies all blew me away with your sewing! Today I'm going to do a little re-cap so read along and let that inspiration flow!

 Here are the week 1-3 winning looks (thanks to random.org because there was NO way I'd want to actually choose a winner!)

April is our week 4 winner with this knock it off look using the Sisboom Dana top!

Here is a collage of SOME of the week 1 entries into the casual and chic category!

Week 2 was date night and it was another amazing week of sewing! 

Week 3 was our Comfy&cozy week and I love how different everyone interpreted this look!

and our final week was a challenging one - Knock it off! Where you had to find an inspiration source and then recreate using a pattern from the etsy shop! I made sure to post the inspiration pics with the challenge looks, and I'm sure you will agree this week is VERY inspiring!

Challenge + FREE pattern! (details in the post!)

You are officially challenged to take the scallops from the Twirl Scallopini pattern and use the scallop templates/techniques on any other Scientific Seamstress/Sisboom pattern!

Challenge ends with the month of November 014 and to enter you need to upload a picture of what you have made into the album in our facebook group!

Oh! and did I mention the twirl scallopini pattern is now FREE for you challenge participators ?? Yep, it is! until the end of November 2014! Just join the facebook group for all the details and fun!
